Hmmm, yeah so like every year we went to these temples. Started early today as we wanted to go to some extra ones.. Went to Sham Baba mandir first in Kachiguda and then to Shiv Mandir a Charminar. You know the whole deco's and look of the place make you feel so special. So many lights all around, everything open till middle of the night, the cops not interfering in the jantaa ka personal affair and people enjoying their festival.
Waise Wish you all a very Happy Maha Shivratri.. We finished Kachiguda ka mandir and then went to Charminar, the place to be at this time you know. If you haven't been there on shivratri night, you haven't seen what beauty Charminar area has then.. Sparkling with lights, Decorations, Traffic and a lot of crowd. \
Sometimes the things we don't really like also are fun, like traffic and public rush. But on festivals when you are a part of all this, it automatically becomes encouraging and you start liking it just for that very moment.
I asked a cop if I cud park the car near his van, he told me to park it at the "Dava Khana".. We parked the car at the "Dava khana" as everyone calls it there and went to the mandir. Took about an hour to finish the darshan. It wasnt VERY crowded at the temple but the chantings and bhajans were going on and not one person wanted to move and give way to others.
Then went to the another mandir in the lane beside Shiv Mandir and finished the darshan quickly and came out. There was this guy making something in a big vessel with loads of ice.. Asked him about it and he said it was Bhaang. So it was obvious that Ankit and Me wanted to taste it.. Muhahaha.. Bought a class of it and had it. It tasted same like Thandai, dint know much difference between thandai and what exactly should Bhaang should taste like. Tasted it for the first time afterall.. :P
And then we went to Haridwar hotel at Sidambar Bazar and had our favourite idly and Palak Paneer Dosa.. Aur phir wapas ghar :)
