Don't Drink and Drive- Awesome Poem

I went to a party Mom,
I remembered what you said.
You told me not to drink, Mom,
So I drank soda instead.

I really felt proud inside, Mom,
The way you said I would.
I didn't drink and drive, Mom,
Even though the others said I should.

I know I did the right thing, Mom,
I know you are always right.
Now the party is finally ending, Mom,
As everyone is driving out of sight.

As I got into my car, Mom,
I knew I'd get home in one piece.
Because of the way you raised me,
So responsible and sweet..

I started to drive away, Mom,
But as I pulled out into the road,
The other car didn't see me, Mom,
And hit me like a load.

As I lay there on the pavement, Mom,
I hear the policeman say,
"The other guy is drunk," Mom,
And now I'm the one who will pay.

I'm lying here dying, Mom....
I wish you'd get here soon.
How could this happen to me, Mom?
My life just burst like a balloon..

There is blood all around me, Mom,
And most of it is mine.
I hear the medic say, Mom,
I'll die in a short time.

I just wanted to tell you, Mom,
I swear I didn't drink.
It was the others, Mom.
The others didn't think.

He was probably at the same party as I.
The only difference is, he drank
And I will die.

Why do people drink, Mom?
It can ruin your whole life.
I'm feeling sharp pains now.
Pains just like a knife.

The guy who hit me is walking, Mom,
And I don't think it's fair.
I'm lying here dying
And all he can do is stare.

Tell my brother not to cry, Mom.
Tell Daddy to be brave.
And when I go to heaven, Mom,
Put "GOOD BOY " on my grave.

Someone should have told him, Mom,
Not to drink and drive.
If only they had told him, Mom,
I would still be alive.

My breath is getting shorter, Mom.

When I needed you, you were always there.

My Engineering College

Guru Nanak Engineering College.. The college I did my Electronics and Communications engg in :)

It was a different life then.. A whole new world was in front of my eyes.. Had jus completed intermediate and joined a proper college first time in my life.. Was totally a different experience.. I wish I'd studied better in my engineering and I would be different today :-P but everything happens for a reason, thats what I believe in.. The reason I feel simply delay in time, delay in everything I do..

The college was 52km away from my house.. Used to travel by the college bus.. The journey too college and back home only used to take away 3 to 4 hours in a day.. Going in bus was kinda fun.. Liked it sometimes and dint like it a fewer times :P but had no other choice..

Did Electronics and Communications Engineering but I hardly remember anything I studied (hardly studied) he he he :p Anyways It was a great experience and a wavy journey.. loads of up's and down's with friends and seniors :p

Church beside All Saints High School

Just found this pic on a friends page.. This is the Church in between the school I have studied in - All Saints High School and the girls school - Rosary Convent.. This pic was taken on Christmas Eve.. The church looked Marvelous and the best it can ever look.. We have a mass at this church on all christian events specially on Christmas.. My friends asn Me try to be at the church every Christmas Eve. We couldn't this year as we were all busy at our friend's (Nishant's) Ring Ceremony :)

Nokia E90- White & Black

Nadeem, my friend (Master Communications, banjara hills) got a sexy white body for his Nokia E90.. It looks so dam awesome on white.. Totally rich, royal, elegant and beautiful :) The black one is mine.. Look the the difference between the White and the black piece.. Black is no doubt ever green but white Nokia e90 not being seen at all looks all the more attractive :)

I was jus watching tv for an hour and saw atleast 3-5 ad's using shadows make with hands to advertise... Guess this is the new trend now in the Indian Ad Industry..
One of them was this Coke's ad staring Imran Khan.. Watched another couple of em.. Will upload their vid soon..

Good Vision while Driving during a Heavy Downpour??

Perhaps some of you are already aware of this. A Police friend who has tested this method, shared the information and can vouch for it. Can't say why it is so effective.. Just try when it rains heavily and convince yourself. Monsoons are just round the corner so the info is very timely.

Most people, while driving during a heavy downpour, would turn the wipers on HIGH or FASTEST SPEED and yet find that visibility in front of the windscreen is not satisfactory.
 
When you face such a situation, just try putting on your SUN GLASSES (any normal pair that you may have) and see the miracle for yourself. You'll suddenly find everything in front of your windscreen is very clear as if there is no rain!! The same method works even while driving at night.
 
This would mean you make sure you always have a pair of sun glasses in your car, if not all the time, at least during monsoons. You will not only be helping yourself to drive safely but might also save someone else's life.

Man and his Mistakes!!

Ha ha ha.. Once upon a time in the early stages when life evolved, man thought women to talk and is just listening to her even today :p

If I find that man who got the thought õf teaching women how to talk, even if he is head, I'll generate life in him and kill him again ;)

What Goes Around Comes Around

One day a man saw a old lady, stranded on the side of the road, but even in the dim light of day, he could see she needed help. So he pulled up in front of her Mercedes and got out. His Pontiac was still sputtering when he approached her.
Even with the smile on his face, she was worried. No one had stopped to help for the last hour or so. Was he going to hurt her? He didn't look safe; he looked poor and hungry.

He could see that she was frightened, standing out there in the cold. He knew how she felt. It was that chill which only fear can put in you.

He said, 'I'm here to help you, ma'am. Why don't you wait in the car where it's warm? By the way, my name is Bryan Anderson.'

Well, all she had was a flat tire,
but for an old lady, that was bad enough. Bryan crawled under the car looking for a place to put the jack, skinning his knuckles a time or two. Soon he was able to change the tire. But he had to get dirty and his hands hurt.

As he was tightening up the lug nuts, she rolled down the window and began to talk to him. She told him that she was from St. Louis and was only just passing through. She couldn't thank him enough for coming to her aid.

Bryan just smiled as he closed her trunk. The lady asked how much she owed him. Any amount would have been all right with her.. She already imagined all the awful things that could have happened had he not stopped.
Bryan never thought twice about being paid.
This was not a job to him. This was helping someone in need, and God knows there were plenty, who had given him a hand in the past. He had lived his whole life that way, and it never occurred to him to act any other way.

He told her that if she really wanted to pay him back, the next time she saw someone who needed help, she could give that person the assistance they needed, and Bryan added, 'And think of me..'

He waited until she started her car and drove off. It had been a cold and depressing day, but he felt good as he headed for home, disappearing into the twilight.

A few miles down the road the lady saw a small cafe. She went in to grab a bite to eat, and take the chill off before she made the last leg of her trip home. It was a dingy looking restaurant. Outside were two old gas pumps. The whole scene was unfamiliar to her. The waitress came over and brought a clean towel to wipe her wet hair. She had a sweet smile, one that even being on her feet for the whole day couldn't erase. The lady noticed the waitress was nearly eight months pregnant, but she never let the strain and aches change her attitude. The old lady wondered how someone who had so little could be so giving to a stranger. Then she remembered Bryan .

After the lady finished her meal, she paid with a hundred dollar bill. The waitress quickly went to get change for her hundred dollar bill, but the old lady had slipped right out the door. She was gone by the time the waitress came back. The waitress wondered where the lady could be. Then she noticed something written on the napkin.

There were tears in her eyes when she read what the lady wrote: 'You don't owe me anything. I have
been there too. Somebody once helped me out, the way I'm helping you. If you really want to pay me back, here is what you do: Do not let this chain of love end with you.'

Under the napkin were four more $100 bills.

Well, there were tables to clear, sugar bowls to fill, and people to serve, but the waitress made it through another day. That night when she got home from work and climbed into bed, she was thinking about the
money and what the lady had written. How could the lady have known how much she and her husband needed it? With the baby due next month, it was going to be hard....

She knew how worried her husband was, and as he lay sleeping next to her, she gave him a soft kiss and whispered soft and low, 'Everything's going to be all right. I love you, Bryan Anderson.'

There is an old saying 'What goes around comes around.' Today I sent you this story, and I'm asking you to pass it on. Let this light shine.

Good friends are like stars...You don't always see them, but you know they are always there.

Something which Im not sure if its already happening, haven't heard about this yet but Im sure this is gonna happen in the future :) Will post much more on concept stuff soon :) You do not have to have any space on your walls or you do not have to use any damn stands to support your television. Just press a button and your hidden tv will be in front of your eyes within no time. Im surely gonna have this when time comes :-P
